FianDer App, a young and innovative start-up looking to disrupt the dating world, is seeking a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer with a specialization in Figma to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for the FianDer application.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Optimize user interfaces for maximum usability and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, continuously improving our design processes and tools.
- Work closely with product management to prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.
- Provide design guidance and support to other team members as needed.
- Produce user-centered design solutions that address both user needs and business goals.
- Gather specific requirements and suggest creative solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Design interfaces to improve user experience and engagement.
- Research and suggest new design tools, protocols, and upgrades.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on mobile and web applications.
- Demonstrable portfolio of design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. [Please include link(s) in your CV]
- Expertise in Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and how designs translate to code.
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience with social networking platforms is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative.
