Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Mobile Application Developer Intern who is highly motivated to learn, build, and grow within a real startup engineering environment.
This is a structured, hands-on internship designed to accelerate your development skills through:
- Real-world project exposure

This is an unpaid internship, however, a monthly data stipend will be provided to support connectivity. High-performing interns may be considered for future paid roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and participate in the development of mobile applications using Flutter
- Receive structured training in both front-end and back-end development
- Gain hands-on exposure to API integration, database systems, and state management
- Work across multiple live and in-development applications within the company portfolio
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams as part of a guided learning process
- Participate in debugging, testing, and code reviews as part of technical development
- Prepare and deliver weekly progress presentations to track learning and growth
- Develop documentation skills through meeting notes and technical write-ups
- Continuously learn and apply modern tools, frameworks, and engineering practices

Requirements
- Basic understanding of programming (Python, Dart, or similar languages)
- Strong interest in mobile first application development (Flutter preferred)
- Willingness to learn both front-end and back-end technologies
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Access to a laptop, stable internet connection, and consistent availability
- Natural creativity
Work Structure
- Fully remote role
- Minimum commitment: 6 hours per day (tracked via time management tools)
- Use of collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack and ClickUp
- Structured weekly check-ins and progress reviews
Additional Information
- All intellectual property created during the internship remains the sole property of FianderApp
- Strict confidentiality of company projects and information is required
- Either party may terminate the internship with appropriate notice
- Internship is expectd to last upto 6 months
