Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the development of FianDerApp. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project’s technical aspects, ensuring that the App meets the specified requirements, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders and you will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. You should have an excellent background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis, you should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with the Program Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including developers, designers, and contractors.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure that the app meets the specified technical requirements and quality standards.
• Manage the project’s testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
• Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to the Program Manager and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that project documentation, such as specifications, designs, and test plans, are accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

 Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in web development or software engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

 Salary:

10 – 14 Million Naira/Annum (DoE)
